Shaun and Mary Frances

We were asked by some close friends of ours, Shaun and Mary Frances, to take some Christmas Card pictures. These were not officially engagement pictures, though they are hoping to take some in 2009. The fall color was just starting to come out in Columbia, and there was enough yellow and orange in the trees to get a very nice background color.

We picked Grindstone Nature Area in Columbia to take these pictures.

One of my favorite pictures has the couple looking at different cameras. Shaun heard the clue to look into my lens, while Mary Frances was still looking at Summer.

There was also some good color at the bridge.

We ended up taking about 50 great pictures in a short 10 minute shoot. Thank you Shaun and Mary Frances for letting us take your Christmas Card pictures. We look forward to taking your engagement pictures next year!
