We are now celebrating the birth of our son, Silas James Watt. We will not be taking pictures at any weddings now through April (with the exception of a very close friend of ours), so for those of you getting married in the coming months, we are sorry that we cannot cover your wedding but we wish you well in your marriages.
Though we will not be doing weddings, we will be offering engagement sessions in the coming months. Right now, the outside world here in Columbia isn't that pretty, but if you would like a snowy engagement session, assuming we have more snow, we would be willing to do that. We would recommend the campus at Mizzou, Shelter Gardens, or some of the city parks towards the end of March, as that is when the flowers start to come out and the trees turn green again. Mizzou, in particular, has magnolia trees that have big pink blossoms usually in the last week of March. These are just a few suggestions - if you have another location in mind, great!
We also hope to expand into infant photography in the coming months. We will be learning what works well with our son, and be posting examples here. We did some baby pictures for some friends last year, as well as their Christmas cards, and we hope to be able to show those examples as well.

Small Change to Payment
Due to a problem we had with a recent wedding, we will now be charging a returned (bounced) check fee of $30, in addition to the value of the bounced check. Also, if you choose to pay with a check, there will be a minimum turnaround time of 2 weeks to make sure that the check clears.
Some photographers in the area have non-refundable deposit of over $250, some want half of the final amount due before the wedding. We will still offer our affordable rates, and will still continue to require only a $100 refundable (up to 30 days before the wedding) deposit, and still offer you the opportunity to pay in full at any time up to the day of the wedding.
